Sign up or verification code missing? Check spam and promotions folders first. Codes expire after a short window; request a new one from the app if needed.

Forgot your password? Use the reset flow on the login screen in the iOS app.

Account blocked? If you see a message that your account is inactive, email us at [email protected] with the address on the account and a brief note. We review reinstatement requests manually.

If a letter or interaction feels wrong, use Report incident inside the app. Reports go to our team inbox at the same address we use for support.

Community letters are moderated before they appear publicly. Rejected letters include feedback so you can edit and try again when appropriate.

You can update profile details from Profile Settings in the app. To remove everything, open Profile → Data Management → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
